CARD USER GUIDE

Guidelines to prevent a credit card incident

  1. 01If you are aware that your card has been lost or stolen, inform the credit card company immediately.
  2. 02Never lend your credit card to others.
  3. 03Do not register your PIN using your date of birth, ID number or such.
  4. 04In the case you are using multiple credit cards, use a different PIN for each credit card and do not carry the numbers of your credit cards on you at the same time. Credit cards bearing a photo of the card holder are safer.
  5. 05Receive your new credit card in person or have a family member receive the card.
  6. 06Make a photocopy of the back of your credit card (the signature strip) in case it is lost or stolen.
  7. 07Inform the credit card company immediately of any change of address to receive a card or credit card statement.
  8. 08File a complaint or report cases when the actual creditor and creditor on the credit card slip are not the same.
  9. 09Review your transactions thoroughly in order to prevent fraudulent activities.
  10. 10Completely destroy the unused credit card and make sure to apply for cancellation to the credit card company in question.
